When Strangers Come To Your Town

Currently in my life, I am a victim of being bullied by my ex-boyfriend Zach. He has been harassing me, starting rumours, and yelling at me from across from GDCI on a regular basis. At this exact moment, the incident has not yet been resolved but it is being looked into. During this incident of bullying, I feel alone, broken and betrayed by the one person who I once truly cared about. One of these days I hope he will realize that he should grow up and move on with his life and stop trying to destroy mine. There are currently many others involved in the situation, as other bullies, silent bystanders and a couple victims. Bullying easily gets out of control and it is quite difficult to handle all by your lonesome.

Blogging Your Thoughts

Hello, my name is Lindsay Emmerton, no middle name. I am 16 years young and I have suffered many things in my 16 years. My life is full of loss and pain. It's hard to define into one specific theme. I am going to choose two instead. I will provide a poem/song lyric for each.

The first theme is going to be loss, I searched and searched for a poem/song lyric to show how many people enter my life and just leave. I finally found a quote to represent how it truly is.

"Sometime we tend to be in despair when the person we love leaves us, but the truth is, it's not our loss, but theirs, for they left the only person who wouldn't give up on them."

That quote represent the pain and hurt I felt as every single person who has been important in my life has left me, but it also shows the truth behind it all. The quote shows that it's not truly a loss for you, but for them because you learn to thrive and grow without them there.

The second and last theme I chose is going to be pain. This theme has been very hard to find a poem/song lyric to represent. I found one eventually though!

This quote shows that pain is felt because I am real, I show the real me and put myself on the line for others whom are fake which is why I get hurt so often.
